GUNNAR  BREED: American Bulldog Mix; GENDER: Male; AGE: Adult; SIZE: Large Gunnar is mainly a white American Bulldog.  He is 3 1/2 years of age and obviously likes to run and play...though because of his size, approximately 85 lbs, he can be rougher than he knows sometimes.  He has had basic obedience, but another class would be helpful.  He likes chew toys of all kinds. He has always gotten along well with other dogs, even small ones.  While in foster care he has never been violent or aggressive, and definitely never bitten anyone. Have never had him around cats, but he has never chased any that he has seen.  He does get excited when seeing or meeting new people and his bark sounds a lot meaner than he is. SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:  No small kids and probably no cats.
	WHISKEY  BREED: Yorkshire Terrier (Yorkie); GENDER: Male; AGE: Young; SIZE: Small Whiskey is an active little guy, loves to play with a ball and explore a yard.  He does not particularly want to snuggle, but would rather do something that requires lots of his energy.  He hates a crate and will let you know about it.  He is about 2-3 years old and was found as a stray.  No owner could be found. Whiskey is neutered, up to date on shots and micro-chipped.  Please do not apply unless you have a fenced yard, can provide a vet reference and live in the Jacksonville area. SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:  No small kids and probably no cats.
	LULU  BREED: Dalmation Mix; GENDER: Female; AGE: Young; SIZE: Medium Lulu is a gorgeous 45-pound Dalmatian mix with different colored eyelids making it appear one eye is bigger than the other.  The vet thought she is probably about 2-years old, maybe a bit younger.  She still exhibits puppy clumsiness, is curious about everything, loves to give kisses and absolutely adores riding in the car.  She is friendly towards other dogs, but still seems to be “finding her place” in the world pecking-order.  Her tolerance of cats is unknown.  She is very friendly towards children, but a little boisterous.  Lulu has been spayed and micro-chipped and has started on treatment for heartworm.  She is housebroken and crate trained, and basic obedience is being worked on.
